Who Owns the Bone in Academic Medical Centers?

 

Michael Beltran, MD, FAOA of University of Cincinnati and Brian Webb, MD, FAOA of JPS Health Network joins Own the Bone to present “Who Owns the Bone in Academic Medical Centers?” on Thursday, August 8, 2024 at 6pm ET.

Learning Objectives:

- Identify various models for multidisciplinary delivery of a bone health program within an academic setting.

- Understand options for orthopaedic leaders in establishing these programs with orthopaedic department and endocrine department “homes” and how these choices impact onboarding, training, oversight, and financial support for a bone health APP.

- Learn how orthopaedic departments can engage residents under either model.
